Job summary

Delphi Technologies is seeking a Site Supervisor for our commercial cleaning team. The role involves leading a 4–10 person crew, ensuring building cleanliness, safety, and timely task completion.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of cleaning experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. You will perform heavy cleaning duties and maintain high standards across client sites.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial cleaning experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and MVR.
• Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop team to meet customer and company expectations on duties, proper chemical use, and safety.
• Perform monthly inspections.
• Manage schedules and stay within labor and supply budgets.
• Communicate with customers and managers.
• Oversee daily task completion and ensure team members perform their duties.
• Report safety, maintenance, and employee issues to supervisor for resolution.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Service and stock restrooms; wash windows and disinfect high-touch areas.
