Job summary

Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service is seeking a reliable staff member to supervise around 15 cleaners across Chester, Ellesmere Port and Deeside. You will visit sites for regular audits, discuss cleaning standards with staff, ensure coverage during sickness/holidays, manage stock on site, and train new staff on roles and COSHH/H&S requirements.

The role offers a minimum of 16 hours and may require extra hours or client visits for quotations and leafleting.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise around 15 staff across multiple sites.
• Experience conducting cleaning audits and maintaining high standards.
• Confidence to discuss and rectify cleaning failings with staff.
• Ensure shifts are covered during sickness and holidays.
• On-site stock management and possible drop-offs.
• Train new staff on roles and on H&S & COSHH regulations.
