• Established network in the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads market.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build a business and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of the Site-Civil practice in Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with private and public clients.
• Develop relationships with developers, municipalities, architects, contractors, and partners.
• Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings.
• Prepare proposals, participate in interviews, and guide project pursuits.
• Recruit, hire, and mentor a local engineering team and foster a people-first culture.
