The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, has an EIT, 2–5 years private-sector land development experience, is proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D, and understands state and municipal design processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• EIT certification is required or preferred.
• 2–5 years of private-sector land development engineering experience.
• Familiar with state and municipal design and development processes.
• Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality deliverables on-time and on-budget.
• Develop innovative technical land development design solutions.
• Collaborate with a team of industry professionals.
