Job summary
Tighe & Bond Inc. is seeking a Site Civil Project Engineer 1 to join our Land Use Business Line in Middletown, CT. This role will involve managing civil engineering design tasks, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project compliance and quality.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 5-8 years of experience in civil/site design. This position offers a hybrid work environment and benefits including medical, dental, and other wellness programs.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in civil/site design, land development, or infrastructure design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain within one year.
- Strong understanding of land development regulations and municipal engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute engineering design tasks for civil/site development projects.
- Conduct construction observation and contractor supervision.
- Prepare detailed technical specifications and cost estimates.
