Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Site Civil Engineer to support site development design projects in Knoxville or Chattanooga. You’ll work on site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design, producing plan sets from concept through bid-ready documents.

A Tennessee Professional Engineer license is preferred, with experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. The role offers a hybrid work policy, collaborative teams, and growth opportunities within Jacobs’ global network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional experience in site layout, grading and drainage, utility design, and erosion control.
• Experience preparing, assembling, and reviewing construction drawings and specs.
• Project management experience or interest in managing projects.
• PE license in Tennessee preferred/required.
