Job summary

HDR is seeking a Site Civil Engineer to develop civil engineering scope of work and manage various projects in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Engineer will coordinate resources, design site layouts, and oversee project delivery.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years in civil engineering, and proficiency in CAD software. This is a full-time opportunity with excellent leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in general civil engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of civil engineering scope and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources for due diligence.
• Design and plan production for a wide variety of civil projects.
• Prepare specifications and contract documents.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple tasks.
