Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 2–6 years of Land Development/Site-Civil experience preferred.
• Engineer-In-Training (EIT) preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D required.
• Familiarity with local codes, standards, and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for site-civil design from concept through construction administration.
• Design and prepare technical documents in AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Assist in project management tasks including cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Assist in design including legislative applications & site plans, storm sewer, water and sanitary sewer systems, and zoning compliance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
