Rinker Design Associates, LLC (RDA) is seeking a motivated Site-Civil Engineer to join our team in Glen Allen, Virginia. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 2-6 years of experience in Land Development/Site-Civil engineering.
• EIT preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Familiarity with local codes, standards, and permitting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for the design of site‑civil projects from initial concept through construction administration.
• Design and prepare technical documents in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
• Assist in project management tasks, including cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Assist in all aspects of the design including Site Plans, Storm Sewer, Water and Sanitary Sewer design, and erosion and sediment control plans.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
