Site Civil and Green Infrastructure Designer

Our Philadelphia office is composed of a growing team of civil engineers, landscape architects, urban designers, and planners. We design collaboratively in a multidisciplinary studio environment, encouraging curiosity and initiative.

We seek a civil engineering designer with 1-3 years of experience to assist with site-civil engineering and green infrastructure projects. This role offers opportunities to grow technically, support regional projects, and collaborate with civil engineers and landscape architects on projects like the Delaware River Trail, public parks, green stormwater projects, and regional trails.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site and stormwater planning, conceptual design, and technical report writing.
• Contribute to schematic design development through to final construction documentation.
• Develop design drawings, calculations, cost estimates, specifications, reports, and permit applications.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for design drafting and apply hydrology and hydraulics fundamentals.

Qualifications

• EIT certification preferred but not required.
• BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering.
• 0-3 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and H&H modeling preferred.
• Interest in multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Strong communication skills.
