Job summary

Nemours Children's Health seeks a Neonatology Site Chief to lead the NICU program at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. You will provide vision, oversight and clinical leadership to neonatologists and APNs in a 40-bed Level III NICU.

Site Chief, Neonatology (Finance)

Nemours is currently seeking a Neonatology Site Chief to join our Nemours Children\'s Health Neonatology team at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA! Thomas Jefferson University Hospital has a 40-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) providing advanced care for premature and critically ill newborns.

The Site Chief is a Physician leader of Nemours who provides vision, oversight and guidance to a team of neonatologists and advanced practice providers serving patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care unit at this location. The Site Chief works collaboratively within the Department of Pediatrics at Nemours and with leadership at Nemours and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

Requirements for our Site Chief:

• Pennsylvania state licensure
• Board certification in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine
• Pervious leadership experience
