Job summary

Nemours Children's Health seeks a Neonatology Site Chief to lead the NICU program at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. You will provide vision, oversight and clinical leadership to neonatologists and APNs in a 40-bed Level III NICU.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania state licensure is required.
• Board certification in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, oversight and guidance to the NICU team at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
• Lead the Neonatology program in collaboration with Nemours and TJUH leadership.
• Represent Nemours Neonatology in strategic planning and patient care initiatives.
