Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Chemical Engineer for our Corpus Christi Manufacturing Technology team. The role supports operations, maintenance and technology with day‑to‑day troubleshooting and improvement initiatives in a highly hazardous environment.

Responsibilities include process monitoring, safety investigations, project support, and ensuring operability, quality, and cost targets are met. The position requires ABET‑accredited degree, strong data skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems using data.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and troubleshooting assistance to unit processes to improve safety, operability and cost.
• Monitor processes and identify improvements using data and software tools.
• Lead safety, reliability and quality investigations to drive improvements.
• Support cost and capital projects with economic justification and FEL participation.
