Job summary

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA is seeking a Capital Projects Site Manager to lead the site capital investment portfolio through the stage-gate process. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 15+ years of project execution experience.
• Experience leading capital projects in oil & gas, petrochemical, infrastructure or other high-hazard industries.
• Strong communication and leadership across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of capital projects at the assigned site following the stage-gate process.
• Direct internal teams and external contractors, escalating major risks.
• Manage site execution activities with engineering, procurement, and implementation practices.
• Apply approved project management tools and templates at the site to ensure consistent execution.
• Monitor project performance against requirements, KPIs, and safety expectations; escalate concerns.
• Drive project lifecycle from feasibility through engineering, construction, commissioning/start-up, and closeout.
• Lead DSP preparation and ensure alignment with the approved capital plan.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and lead site project management and construction coordination resources and training.
