Psi CRO is seeking a Site Contract Specialist I in the United States to support site agreements, budgets, and related documentation. The role involves coordinating negotiations, translations, and approvals across sites to ensure alignment with activation plans.

The position requires a college degree or equivalent experience, with at least two years in clinical research and site-budget negotiations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an environment with relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the clinical research industry.
• Experience negotiating site budgets and related financial terms.
• Familiarity with legal documents for clinical trial sites and medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate negotiations of site agreements and budgets to align with the site activation plan.
• Customize and prepare country- and site-specific agreements and coordinate translations.
• Track status of site agreement and budget negotiations.
• Prepare executable versions of site agreements and budgets and coordinate sign-off.
• File executed site agreements in Trial Master File and update all stakeholders.
• Maintain ongoing communication with functions about the contracting process.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Facilitatingnegotiations of site agreements and budgets to ensure alignment with the site activation plan
• Customizingand preparingcountry- and site-specific agreements and organizing their translations
• Trackingthe status of site agreement and budget negotiation
• Preparingexecutable versions of site agreements and budgets, and coordinatingthe signature process
• Filingexecuted site agreements in the Trial Master File
• Updatingall concerned functions on the site contracting process

Qualifications

• College or university degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Equivalency is defined as a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an environment, where relevant experience has been gained.
• Minimum 2years experience in the clinical research industry
• Previous experience with negotiating site budgets
• Knowledge of and experience with legal documents related to clinical trial sites and medical terminology is a plus.
