Job summary

You will drive installation, commissioning, and startup activities, coordinating with site leadership to ensure safety, reliability, and throughput targets. Key requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, proven project management experience, Lean/Six Sigma proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Project management experience and tools.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of equipment installation, facilities, and safe tool use in projects.
• Ability to communicate scope, risks, timelines, and decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 60%).

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans for capital-improvement projects.
• Lead installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment across RADs, on-sites, and hubs.
• Plan sequencing to minimize downtime and coordinate with site leadership for cutovers.
• Coordinate site readiness (power, network, structure, operations) for safe execution.
• Solicit, evaluate, and manage contractor/vendor proposals and access.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables; update stakeholders.
• Complete commissioning and turnover materials for maintenance and operations.
