This administrative role supports the Site Manager by coordinating onboarding, timesheets, reports and meetings, and by managing travel, facilities, and site records.
Strong organisation and English communication are essential, with a full driving licence and local knowledge of Norwich.
We’re recruiting for a Project Site Coordinator to join a major construction project in Norwich through to 31st December 2027.
This is a varied, site-based administrative role where you’ll be the backbone of the project team, ensuring the site office runs smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the Site Manager, you’ll coordinate onboarding, maintain personnel records and timesheets, support reporting and presentations, organise meetings and travel, manage site facilities, and help keep project operations on track.
