Job summary

Network Connex is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist 2 to manage leasing and zoning work for wireless infrastructure projects, including site builds and rights-of-way. The role requires a valid Real Estate License and 3+ years of site acquisition experience.

You will coordinate with RF Engineering and Construction teams, prepare zoning documentation, and report progress to the Project Manager. Bachelor's Degree or PMP or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of site acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or PMP Certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read Construction Drawings.
• Real Estate License required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating Leasing agreements, Amendments, Licenses, Rights-of-Way and/or Easement Agreements with property owners.
• Completion of leasing packages and other documentation required by the client.
• Preparing and ensuring completeness of zoning applications and supporting documentation for Land Use Entitlements.
• Coordinate with RF Engineering and Construction personnel daily to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Report progress to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Job Summary: The Site Acquisition Specialist 2 is responsible for the management of the site acquisition portion of our wireless infrastructure projects for new site builds, modifications to existing sites, right-of-way sites and associated items. This includes both the leasing and zoning work associated with the site.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Negotiating Leasing agreements, Amendments, Licenses, Rights-of-Way and/or Easement Agreements with property owners
• Completion of leasing packages and other documentation required by the client
• Preparing and ensuring completeness of all necessary zoning applications and supporting documentation for the purpose of acquiring all necessary Land Use Entitlements
• Coordinate with RF Engineering and Construction personnel and others daily to ensure timely and accurate completion of required tasks
• Reporting progress to the Project Manager on a regular, defined basis

Job Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Capacity to keep calm in a high pressure, fast-paced environment
• A current and valid Real Estate License is required
• Scheduling competency
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) a must
• Previous site acquisition management experience a highly desired plus

Education and Experience

• 3+ years of Site Acquisition experience
• Bachelor's Degree, PMP Certification or Work Experience Equivalent to
• Ability to read Construction Drawings

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
