Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a growing manufacturing and warehouse operation in Concord, NC. Day and night shifts are available on a rotating 12‑hour schedule, with overtime opportunities and weekly pay.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of forklift experience, sit‑down forklift preferred, valid license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operating experience.
• Sit-down forklift experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, ship, and receive materials.
• Stock and distribute inventory as needed.
• Utilize RF scanners and inventory systems to track materials.
• Transport materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Follow forklift safety procedures and warehouse safety guidelines.
• Assist with labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and staging products for shipment.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $17.00+/hour (based on experience, position, and shift)


• Day & Overnight Shifts Available


• 12-Hour 2/2/3 Rotating Schedules

Job Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
