Base pay is $21.00 per hour with a potential $3.00 per hour shift differential for B shift and a 3% raise after one year. Weekly pay, paid training, and comprehensive benefits are included to support career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator license/certification required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accuracy in picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Process day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hours.
