PeopleShare is partnering with a leading company in Allentown, PA, to hire a Sit-Down Forklift Operator for long-term career growth. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role located in Allentown, with 2nd or 3rd shift options.

You will operate sit-down forklifts after training, move and stock materials, perform equipment checks, verify inventory, and follow proper storage procedures. English proficiency, 1–2 years warehouse experience, and ability to lift 50+ lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Sit-down forklift experience
• 1–2 years warehouse/logistics experience preferred
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• English proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment (after training)
• Move, stock, load/unload materials (raw, finished goods, etc.)
• Perform equipment checks and minimize damage/loss
• Verify inventory and maintain accurate records
• Follow proper stacking and storage procedures
