Job summary

PLA is seeking a Sit Down Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations in Grandview, WA. The role focuses on safe loading/unloading, accurate documentation, and maintaining inventory organization.

You will report to supervision and participate in a safety-first environment. We offer daily and weekly pay, PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, an HSA, a 401(k) with employer match, and additional voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sit-down forklift experience.
• Must pass PLA forklift certification (on-site certification available).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a sit-down forklift to load/unload pallets from trailers.
• Move pallets to correct locations to maintain organization and accessibility.
• Complete daily forklift inspections using a checklist for safe operation.
• Safely refuel or recharge forklift and manage propane or electric tanks.
• Ensure loads are accurate and documented, inspecting counts and quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Uphold company safety procedures and cooperate with team members.
