Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Forklift Operator at our McKinney, TX facility. The role operates a sit-down forklift, loads/unloads trucks, and moves materials to production and storage areas. Night shifts are included; overtime and weekend work are possible.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to read and write English. Safety is emphasized with routine inspections and OSHA rule compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operates a sit-down forklift.
• Loads or unloads trucks.
• Supply production areas with product.
• Remove finished goods to a storage area.
• Moves or stacks products to specified locations safely.
• Performs routine post- and pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment.
• Stacks empty pallets and reels.
• Complies with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Hourly Compensation: $18-$20/hr base pay + $2/hr night shift differential.

Schedule:

• 12-hour Shifts.
• Night Shift.
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime.

• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
