Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a forklift operator in McKinney, TX. This hourly role offers 12-hour shifts, night shift, and potential weekends/overtime. You will load/unload trucks, move products to production areas, and ensure safe handling of materials.

Hourly Compensation: $18-$20/hr base pay + $2/hr night shift differential

Position Overview

• Operates a Sit-down forklift
• Loads or unloads trucks
• Supply production areas with product
• Remove finished goods to a specified storage area

Essential Job Functions

• Moves or stacks different products or materials to specified locations in a safe manner
• Performs routine post and pre inspections to ensure suitable working nature or forklift equipment
• Stacks empty pallets, reels, etc
• Complies with OSHA Safety and Health rules
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D certificate
• Ability to read and write the English language
• Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy objects and/or machine parts with or without assistance
• Ability to work revolving shifts
