Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. is seeking a Sit-down Forklift operator to join the Logistics and Warehousing team in Fontana, CA. The role supports warehouse operations with emphasis on safe, accurate material handling and order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving skills, and the stamina to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment. Shift is 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Tue-Sat.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions and maintain accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability to support fast-paced warehouse work.
• Team player attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physically intensive labor, including reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, and standing/walking for periods of time.
• Ability to work in a warehousing environment with busy, sometimes noisy conditions while following safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to support loading and unloading activities, including pallet jack or forklift movement as needed.
• Pick, repack, and stage outbound orders to ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Support shipping workflows including small parcel shipping, LTL pallet build shipping, and outbound order processing.
• Assist with receiving by unloading materials using pallet jack or sit-down forklift equipment.
• Contribute to stocking, replenishment, and general non-tech maintenance tasks (including battery change for powered equipment) as assigned.

Our client, Logistics and Warehousing is seeking a Sit-down Forklift to join their team. As a Sit-down Forklift, you will be part of the Logistics team supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to solve problems quickly, and a detail-oriented, team-first mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Fontana, CA

Pay Range: 22.00 per hour

Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30pm Tues-Sat (OFF Sun, Mon)

What's the Job?
