Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced nurse manager to lead a coordinated nursing service. You will work in liaison with the Matron and the multi-disciplinary team to maximise high quality patient care, and ensure practice is clinically credible through evidence-based care and nursing research.

• Manage a coordinated nursing service in liaison with the Matron and all members of the multi-disciplinary team, maximising high quality patient care.
• Maintain clinical credibility through practice and utilise nursing research and evidence-based care to optimise patient care.
• Monitor and review nursing practice, participate in audits with documentation in line with Trust policy and NMC Guidelines.
• Maintain continuity of quality nursing care that responds flexibly to patient and carer needs, including safe transfers to relevant care settings.
• Work closely with and support team leaders, ensuring appraisals are up to date and providing guidance and mentorship for designated team leaders.
