Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements from SIS stakeholders; translate into system solutions and configurations.
• Support, troubleshoot, and maintain mission-critical Student Information System applications; respond to enhancements and issues.
• Design, develop, and integrate REST API solutions connecting SIS with campus and third-party systems.
• Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver reliable, well-supported solutions.
• Research platform capabilities and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
