• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Excellent project management skills with multiple interdependent workstreams.
• Ability to read and reason about data and communicate findings clearly to engineers and executives.
• Ability to independently draft and present status, risk assessments, and executive briefings.
• Strong ability to facilitate technical reviews with senior engineering leaders.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including negotiation and influence.

Responsibilities

• Communicate latency and reliability KPIs with engineering leadership and executives.
• Coordinate performance and reliability review forums across teams.
• Plan and own the performance and reliability roadmap against release milestones.
• Drive resolution of latency and reliability regressions with build/release milestones.
• Identify regressions and coordinate root-cause analyses with QE and data science teams.
