Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking team members for 2nd shift at our Sacramento-area facility. The role involves operating embroidery machinery, meeting daily production goals, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

We offer full-time, onsite work with overtime during peak season (July–December). Requires HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years in warehouse/manufacturing; bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tajima Electronic Automatic Embroidery Machinery – no previous experience on the machines needed to apply.
• Work with area Supervisor and team leads on achieving daily goals of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Execute the daily schedule, including pre-production and post-production needs.
• Inspect all products for accuracy of order specifications.
• Trouble shoot any issues with machines as needed.
• Always keep a clean and safe work environment.
• Ability to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance.

WORK TYPE Onsite

Full Time Team members work 8-hour shifts for 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary, and extra hours may be added to your schedule to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.

Peak Season (July-December) Requirements

Mandatory overtime may include some Saturdays and Sundays.

Education/ Experience

• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
• Operational, Warehouse, Logistics or comparable experience preferred.
