R&D Specialties is seeking skilled welders for on-site fabrication near Odessa/Midland, TX. You will handle oilfield switch racks, buildings, and related metal projects, requiring welding expertise and safe use of power tools and lifting equipment.

The role demands 3+ years of welding experience, familiarity with torch, grinder, chop saw, and sheet metal tools, plus forklift and crane operations. Must be locally located and authorized to work in the United States.

MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES

• Fabricate oilfield switch racks, and buildings
• Lifting, Climbing Ladders, Painting, and working with insulation
• 3-5 Years GMAW, FCAW Welding Experience
• Familiar with a torch, grinder, and chop saw, and sheet metal tools
• Install sheet metal, doors with hardware
