Job summary

R&D Specialties in Odessa, TX, is seeking a skilled welder to fabricate oilfield switch racks and buildings. The role requires 3–5 years of GMAW/FCAW welding experience and the ability to work within Odessa/Midland or within 40 miles of the area.

Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and capable of lifting, climbing ladders, painting, and insulating. A forklift and overhead crane experience are preferred, with a full benefits package offered.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate oilfield switch racks and buildings.

• Fabricate oilfield switch racks, and buildings
• Lifting, Climbing Ladders, Painting, and working with insulation
• 3-5 Years GMAW, FCAW Welding Experience
• Familiar with a torch, grinder, and chop saw, and sheet metal tools
• Install sheet metal, doors with hardware
