Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is hiring a Territory Sales Specialist to drive annual sales objectives within the assigned customer base, focusing on relationship management, sales execution, operational support, and promoting B+L products.

The role requires 3–4 years in sales or customer-facing roles, a Diploma or Bachelor's in business/marketing, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English and Chinese. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree required: Diploma or Bachelor's in business admin, marketing, sales, science or related.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good business relationships with customers and gather business intelligence.
• Develop daily call plans including Journey Planning, objective setting, and persuasive selling.
• Master SFDC to manage selling objectives and territory reports.
• Execute promotional objectives using PSS presentations.
• Report adverse events or product complaints as required.
