Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a sales-focused professional to achieve annual objectives within the Singapore customer base. The role emphasizes relationship management, sales execution, and promotional activities for B+L products.

The candidate should have 3–4 years in sales or customer-facing roles, with CRM and MS Office proficiency, and willingness to travel within the territory. Fluent English and Chinese are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Science, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in spoken and written English, and Chinese.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing account revenue.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical, or vision care industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to plan and execute sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good business relationships with customers and gather business intelligence.
• Develop daily call plans including journey planning, objective setting, and persuasive selling.
• Master Salesforce to manage selling objectives, inventory, and territory reports.
• Execute quarterly promotional objectives using PSS presentations.
• Secure merchandising space and promote products with POSMs in outlets.
• Support customers with order entry, exchanges/returns, credit terms and collections.
• Report adverse events or product complaints to the designated administrator.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
