Terrestris Global Solutions is seeking a skilled bilingual Simultaneous English/Spanish Interpreter to provide whisper translation services at Naval Station Mayport in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will interpret between English and Spanish in various settings while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
• Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated experience providing simultaneous interpretation between English and Spanish.
• Ability to perform whisper translation accurately and effectively in real-time.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide simultaneous English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English interpretation during meetings and discussions.
• Deliver 'whisper translation' services without disrupting proceedings.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a military environment.
• Coordinate with government representatives regarding interpretation schedules.
