Job summary

All Aviation Jobs is seeking an experienced helicopter instructor to deliver type rating and recurrent training in Philadelphia. The role includes developing new courses and maintaining thorough training records, with occasional off-site delivery.

The position requires a Commercial Rotorcraft Helicopter Certificate with Instrument Rating, CFI, and at least 5 years of helicopter instruction or flight experience, plus strong IFR skills and solid MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Commercial rotorcraft certificate with instrument rating is required.
• CFI required, CFII preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience performing helicopter instruction and/or flying.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Pilot Type Rating and Recurrent Flight courses.
• Deliver other training courses as applicable.
• Study and train to remain current as an instructor and examiner.
• Complete all required training paperwork timely and accurately.
• Assist in the ongoing development of AWTA curriculum, products and services.
• Maintain and update training materials and publications.

Job description

Summary of Position

Instruct helicopter type ratings, recurrent flight training and special flight courses for AWTA in accordance with the relative syllabus, in a timely and professional manner. Participate on the development of new training courses and ensure a high level of paperwork and record keeping. Occasionally deliver the courses off site.

Qualifications for Position
