Concurrent Real-Time is currently seeking a full-time Manager to lead our Simulation Workbench (SimWB) team!
Must be a US citizen. Unable to hire dual citizens, green card holders, or visa holders for this position.
We are looking for a hands-on engineering leader to run our Simulation Workbench team. SimWB is our real-time hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform, used by customers in automotive, aerospace, and defense to test control systems against real hardware. This is a working manager role on a small, close-knit team: you will set direction, own delivery, and grow the group, while still contributing to the product as an engineer. You will also own product direction for SimWB, deciding what gets built and why, working alongside the team's Principal Engineer on architecture and technical strategy. You will work closely with Applications Engineering, Support, and Manufacturing, and you will be close enough to the code to make sound engineering trade-offs yourself.
