Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or two years of healthcare simulation or AV/IT experience may offset the degree requirement.
• Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS) within three years of hire

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, ethical, learner-centered use of simulation equipment and resources.
• Independently lead complex simulation course operations with interprofessional teams.
• Coordinate technology, environments and resources to support learner needs and content delivery.
• Collaborate with educators to design, deliver and evaluate simulation environments and tech.
• Configure and operate simulation, AV and IT technologies for reliable delivery.
• Maintain equipment inventory and keep up with catalogs and manuals
