Simulation Operations Coordinator (SOC)
T he Simulation Operations Coordinator (SOC) designs, facilitates , and oversees high-quality, clinical-based simulation programs in support of Donor Alliance’s education and training initiatives. This role applies adult learning principles to ensure simulations are evidence-based, realistic, and alig ned with organizational goals. The SOC collaborates closely with staff, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technical partners to deliver well-coordinated simulation experiences and evaluate outcomes to ensure training objectives are met.
Design and develop clinical simulation scenarios that are evidence-based, realistic, and aligned with Donor Alliance p olicies, best practices, and regulatory standards.
Apply adult learning theory and experiential learning principles to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
Facilitate and/or support simulation-based training sessions, including pre-briefing, scenario execution, and debriefing.
Monitor and evaluate simulation effectiveness through learner feedback, performance metrics, and outcome measures.

Qualifications & Ski l ls
Bachelor’s degree in education, technology, health sciences or a related field and/or equivalent work experience required .
Two years’ experience with simulation operation/education/training and/or learning technology preferred.
Experience with human patient simulator platforms and audiovisual equipment/operation software preferred.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
