Job summary

Galen College of Nursing in the United States is seeking a Simulation Lab Manager to coordinate simulation experiences across nursing programs and ensure compliance with Healthcare Simulation Standards of Best Practice (HSSOBP). You will work with Directors of Clinical Learning and faculty to maintain quality and continuity in student outcomes.

The role includes supervising simulation staff, maintaining inventory, and coordinating lab operations.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited program.
• CHSE or eligible certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the simulation lab operations to provide standardized experiences.
• Assist faculty and students with equipment use and simulation-based activities.
• Oversee hiring, training, and mentoring of simulation faculty and technicians.
• Collaborate with Directors of Clinical Learning to meet CSLOs per HSSOBP.
