Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records for simulation equipment and supplies using SHELF.
Receive and fulfill approved equipment and supply requests; restock and organize items.
Ensure equipment is ready for use; verify accessories and components are present.
Coordinate warranty service or repair processes with vendors and track status.
Inspect deliveries, label assets, and route items to proper locations.
Monitor stock levels and assist with periodic inventory counts.
Support cross-training and basic simulation operations activities.
Provide front desk or reception coverage as needed.
