Qualifications

• High school diploma and six years of relevant transportation, logistics, delivery, facilities, warehouse, or equipment handling work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet institutional vehicle requirements.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree and four years of related experience; experience with larger vehicles; healthcare simulation or education context.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport personnel and equipment to local, regional, and statewide locations per schedules.
• Operate vehicles according to policies and safety procedures; perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain vehicle records; coordinate with service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Handle movement and securing of simulation equipment and supplies for events and trainings.
• Assist with deployment, inventory, and logistic support for mobile simulation and educational programs.
• Complete required transportation documentation and assist with facility-related duties as needed.
