Workdays/hours vary with the semester; additional hours may be available in summer. Reports to the Simulation Lab Coordinator and requires collaboration with faculty and staff to deliver effective learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (preferably in nursing) or related field.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn simulation/audio-visual technologies.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support nursing simulation sessions, including setup and debriefing.
• Prepare simulation equipment and lab spaces prior to sessions and cleanup afterward.
• Operate and troubleshoot simulation technology.
• Collaborate with faculty and simulation staff to deliver learning experiences.
• Guide students through scenarios, reinforcing clinical reasoning.
• Maintain simulation supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Support ongoing quality improvement of simulation activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
