Overview

The Simulation Education Associate (SEA) is a contingent part-time position supporting the Center for Interprofessional Simulation and Innovation (CIPSI) in advancing healthcare education. This role involves facilitating simulation-based learning experiences, engaging with students and faculty, and promoting the educational impact of the Simulation Center. The SEA contributes to hands‑on training by supporting simulation events and representing the lab in various capacities, including guiding tours and participating in outreach efforts. Through its dynamic responsibilities, this position enhances student learning, fosters collaboration, and strengthens the visibility of simulation-based education within the institution and beyond.
