HCA Healthcare is seeking a Simulation Coordinator for its Graduate Medical Education Simulation Team to provide daily operational support across GME centers, manage simulation operations, equipment readiness, and data collection to evaluate learning outcomes.
Working with GME leadership and hospital administration, you will develop processes, support ACGME requirements, and coordinate resources and budgets to ensure high-quality simulation-based education across East Florida facilities.

The Simulation Coordinator is responsible for providing daily, hands-on operational support and direction in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of simulation activities at one or more GME Simulation Centers/Labs. Primary responsibilities include simulation operations, equipment and technology readiness, troubleshooting, and support for multiple GME programs, including Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Surgery. The Simulation Coordinator ensures that faculty and staff follow established processes and support data-driven decisions in the development and execution of simulation center educational objectives.
The Simulation Coordinator works collaboratively with HCA GME Leadership, including program directors, faculty and staff, as well as hospital administration, to drive simulation activities and operations. The Simulation Coordinator will employ a high degree of judgment and independence to effectively solve problems, troubleshoot simulation equipment and technology, build strong internal and external relationships, deliver well-designed processes, and maintain a thorough, organized, and learner-ready simulation lab.
The Simulation Coordinator provides operational oversight of graduate medical education simulation programs to ensure a positive learning environment that advances GME learning objectives. In partnership with program directors, faculty, and senior GME simulation leadership, the Simulation Coordinator supports simulation curriculum and assessment activities. The Simulation Coordinator oversees data collection to evaluate learning outcomes and support applicable ACGME simulation requirements. This position also coordinates simulation resources to ensure reliable delivery and fidelity of curricula and assessments while enhancing teamwork and collaborative practice.
