Lockheed Martin is seeking a Sim Controller Operator to oversee simulation control during mission execution at JITTC-N, Nellis AFB, NV. You will ensure all systems run smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the Test and Mission Director to resolve anomalies.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with recent investigation.
• Ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI and SAP/SAR clearances.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong multitasking in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of military missile systems.
• Familiarity with Air Force terminology and realistic red-forces emulation.
• Proficient IT skills; ability to work with Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee simulation control during mission execution and ensure systems are operational.
• Initiate resets for Simulation Missions as needed.
• Monitor servers and services and report anomalies to leadership.
• Perform server and services resets during missions.
• Collaborate with Mission Team to troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in on-the-job training to master simulation control responsibilities.
