Job summary

A.T. Still University’s School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ASDOH) seeks an exempt Simulation Clinic Faculty member for the Mesa Campus location.

The role supports preclinical education, student instruction, clinical skills development, and assessment, requiring strong clinical knowledge, teaching skills, and teamwork. Responsibilities include instructing in the sim clinic, tracking progress, grading, and aiding in curriculum development and remediation plans, with a focus on staying current in

Qualifications

• Education DMD/DDS and at least 5 years of clinical and/or didactic education.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students and faculty.
• Digital dentistry experience and proficiency with standard software tools.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students during pre-clinical modules in the sim clinic.
• Track student progress and report to the Associate Dean for Pre-Clinical Education.
• Grade scenarios and assist in the calibration of instruction and assessment.
