Job summary

University of Mississippi Medical Center seeks a Simulated Participant Manager to coordinate and oversee SPs, GTAs, and daily Clinical Skills Center operations. You will collaborate with faculty, recruit and train SPs/GTAs, and manage data, reporting, and documentation to uphold high standards of simulation-based education.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, two years in related education, and CHSE certification within two years of hire, with strong leadership and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in simulation-based education, healthcare education, or clinical skills training.
• Certification: CHSE required within two years post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with faculty and personnel across the state to ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in tailoring SP/GTA cases to learning needs.
• Monitor, evaluate, and provide feedback to SPs and GTAs on portrayal and feedback accuracy.
