Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Modeling and Simulation Specialist to build, operate, and refine 2D/3D terrain and simulation scenarios at Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), NC. A SECRET clearance is required to support training objectives and ensure scenario realism.

You will develop, customize, and maintain simulation environments, assist in scenario authoring and terrain development, and coordinate with training staff and military personnel to ensure accurate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 4 years of related military experience may substitute.
• 2 years developing scenarios with Virtual Battle Space (VBS) 4.
• Experience with constructive/virtual computer simulations and modeling/simulation scenarios.
• Familiarity with 3D terrain databases and entity objects.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and refine constructive and virtual 2D/3D terrain and simulation scenarios.
• Develop, customize, and maintain simulation environments to support mission training objectives.
• Assist in scenario authoring, terrain development, and system configuration to support training execution.
• Coordinate with training staff, technical teams, and military personnel to ensure scenario accuracy and realism.
