Job summary

Gem Studio is looking for a dedicated Silversmith-in-training to handcraft jewelry and work closely with guests in a welcoming studio setting in Colorado. You will shape, solder, polish, and finish pieces while learning the craft and sharing meaningful experiences.

No prior silversmithing is required—we train. You’ll thrive on connection, contribute to a vibrant team, and help maintain a clean, elevated space that reflects the brand’s artistry and community values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Strong communication and guest-facing skills.
• Willingness to learn and train in silversmithing.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with guests in a creative, hands-on environment
• Ability to learn and follow detailed crafting processes, including shaping, soldering, polishing, and finishing jewelry
• Ability to maintain focus, precision, and attention to detail during hands-on tasks
• Willingness to uphold studio safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak studio hours
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on crafting tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
