LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Silver Plating- 1st Shift operator in Aurora, Ohio. You will load and run the blaster, prepare metal parts for silver plating, and ensure quality control while following safety procedures.

The role involves operating plating equipment, reading drawings, and collaborating with engineers to maintain a clean, organized workspace. Ideal candidates will have experience in bead blasting, precision measurement, and finishing in a manufacturing setting, along

Qualifications

• Bead blasting experience or familiarity with blasting tools is required.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and specifications.
• Experience maintaining 5S and organized work areas in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience handling intricate parts and performing precision finishing steps.

Responsabilités

• Prepare metal parts for silver plating.
• Apply silver plating or perform touch-ups as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and perform quality checks.
• Operate and maintain plating equipment.
• Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other residue from surfaces.
• Read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Document work and report issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Stand for long periods and manage bending/reaching tasks.
